Hello, I am Nadia Nevstad, an Accredited Practising Dietitian located on the Central Coast of NSW. My areas of specialty include gut health and the microbiome, focusing on gastrointestinal disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), allergies & food intolerances.

I love all things Gastrointestinal, and so, after completing a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Newcastle, I decided to broaden my knowledge and education with Monash University. Focussing on Disorders of the GI such as IBS, I use current evidence based best practice to safely and effectively implement a low FODMAP diet in clinical practice.

My interest in the gut microbiome and how it relates to both health and disease led me to complete the Microbiota Insights Course, becoming a Microba Informed Practitioner (MIP). Becoming an MIP provided me with the ability to analyse and interpret microbiota test results, and provide recommendations on creating diversity of healthy gut bacteria that are associated with health.

I am dedicated to assisting and supporting clients in their journey to feeling their absolute best by empowering them to make food choices that are right for their unique needs and ultimately gain control of uncomfortable gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, abdominal cramping, constipation and/or diarrhoea. I understand that no two people are the same and that every person has unique triggers and symptoms requiring an individualised approach to dietary advice.

Working together, we can determine the specific foods that trigger your symptoms. We will deepen your understanding and ability to choose foods that work for you. We will give the the tools, strategies, and support to meet your ultimate health goals, saying goodbye to uncomfortable symptoms for good.
