I use a functional nutrition approach to launch your journey to relief with personalized nutrition protocols. You won’t find any sketchy guess-work here but you WILL ditch symptoms and create energy to embrace the life you love again.

I’m Nicole: Dietitian + IBS specialist

I work with IBS warriors because I am one. I’ve made the numerous doctor visits with blaring symptoms only to be told the same, generic things you’ve probably heard.

“Try fiber and water”, “Mirilax forever, sound good?” and “These are normal symptoms for women” didn’t sound like helpful (or even valid) solutions to me. I CERTAINLY didn’t appreciate their complacency when I would show up with the same problems just weeks later.

I felt ignored, misunderstood & like my healthcare providers gave up.
I'm Ready to Feel Heard!

Like you, the “solutions” offered didn’t move the needle in any way toward improving my quality of life. This is a major driving force to why I do what I do for other IBS warriors. Please raise your hand if you’ve ever been told your symptoms were normal, all in your head, or should just be managed with daily over the counter drugs. I’d bet your hand inched north.

The fact of the matter is there is still a lack of understanding around IBS in many healthcare settings. Research has proven these symptoms are NOT normal and most people CAN expect relief through a Functional Nutrition approach.

When we work together, we dive deep into your health story. I use a gamut of tools including elimination protocols, relaxation/sleep/toxin assessment and proper lab testing we uncover the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalized roadmap for relief. You’ll get all the accountability you need along the way.

In my spare time I like to think of myself as a snack enthusiast, Spongebob-reference extraordinaire and work-life balance advocate.
