I can now tolerate a vastly increased number of foods, which frankly, makes life way more enjoyable and much less stressful.

I took an integrative, multi-pronged approach to healing including stress management (thanks to meditation and yoga), movement (regular moderate exercise – no more spinning for me) and improved sleep.
