Nicole Dynan APD

Nicole Dynan is the founder of The Good Nutrition Co., which she established in early 2012.

As an accredited dietitian who has consulted to – and listened to the stories of – many hundreds of people, Nicole has unique insight into the emotional drivers that help people make positive changes in their lives to better support their health and wellbeing.

Whether she’s working with adults or children, recreational or professional sportspeople, or junior athletes and their families, she knows that no two people are the same, and that desired outcomes can only be achieved by taking a personalised approach. This means taking the time to understand the issues at hand, designing an appropriate program that includes both short- and long-term goals, and providing support along the way.

Nicole's Story

Science tells us that good nutrition can make a big difference to the way we feel. Even small changes can make a big difference.

The changes that I made seven years ago when I established The Good Nutrition Co. made a big difference to how I helped people with their health issues.

Through many years of working in chronic disease management within the pharmaceutical industry, I saw how the health of my colleagues was under pressure and often deteriorating. I also experienced first hand the challenges of maintaining my own health while working within a stressful corporate environment. Using medicines was one thing, but I was driven to go much deeper than that, and so began my journey toward helping people with where it all begins: their nutrition.

I started The Good Nutrition Co. to share my knowledge of the power of food with as many people as possible, and to help them change their lives for the better. Since opening our doors, we have had the privilege of helping thousands of people through our three private practices, and through our corporate and workplace nutrition and wellness programs.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about our work. If we can be of service to you, we would love to hear from you.
